Your email address (to create an account), queries you send through the platform, usage statistics (daily request count, token usage) and payment information (managed by our payment processor, we do not store it).
The data we collect is used solely to provide the service, manage your account, track usage limits and improve service quality. We do not sell your data to third parties.
API keys you add to the platform are stored in our database with AES-256 encryption. These keys are only accessed to run AI requests on your behalf.
The platform uses local storage (localStorage) for session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used. No ads are displayed.
When you delete your account, all your personal data is deleted within 30 days. You can delete your query history from the dashboard at any time.
If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and portability of your data. To exercise these rights, contact support@aicouncilapp.com.
We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption, AES-256 data encryption, rate limiting and brute force protection.
